While this functionality is not currently possible as standard in the Product on Landing Pages, it is possible to achieve this using the Reporting function, which we have documented in a Forum Post:
This Report could then be added as a Landing Page view, so can then be used from there in order to create a more comprehensive search tool.

We already have this option available on Opportunities, so we will look to replicate this on the other Transaction Documents in a future release.
For now, it might be an idea to create a custom field on your Quotes/Invoices that stores the status of the document, e.g. ‘Rejected – currency change required’. This would make it easier to exclude the documents from your Reports and Landing Pages, meaning you do not have to ‘scrub’ the document, but simply change the status and create a new one.
As of the next release, you will be able to add Reports to tabs on your records, meaning you could create a view of these particular time logging Activities in a report and have it visible against each Case. Then you could adjust the view on the Activities tab of the record so that it excluded the time logging Activities and was more appropriate to the other Activities.
We have recently released a new version of the Workbooks Outlook Connector which has a new feature called the "Save Correspondence Manager". This feature will allow you to easily save all emails for a particular client. See our "Using the Workbooks Outlook Connector" guide for more information.
