Uploading a .pdf or other file type into an email template
Creating email templates is great for automation. Extending this functionality to allow a pdf or jpg would be even better. For example, lets say a prospect comes in as a lead, and you would like to send them some white papers along with a sales email. Having to upload the white papers each time almost defeats the ease of use of the templates.

A good workaround for this request is available that avoids you having to send a file as attachment. You can add a hyperlink and store the attachment in Workbooks > Marketing > Upload Library.
Add the file, PDF etc. to the Upload Library, then edit/create an email template. Click the insert hyperlink button on the text toolbar, browse and select the file from the upload library.
Hope this helps. If you need any advice please contact Workbooks Support.
